Why should I hire a trainer? ~We are all built uniquely, we have specific goals and our fitness levels vary. Personal training allows you to exercise with intention, focus on what your body needs, and safely progress in getting stronger.
How long is a session? ~Our training sessions are 55 minutes long.
What would I do in a training session? ~Our sessions are specific to the client, so what you do in a session is geared toward your personal needs.
What if I’m completely out of shape or have an injury? ~We focus on your fitness level and meet you where you’re at. Each session you will progress and feel confidence to do more. Injuries and age are our specialty. We can help you feel your best despite obstacles you may think you have.
Will I have to change what I eat? ~We focus on your goals and what you are ready to do in order to get there. We do not take an aggressive approach when it comes to changing your food, however we do make soft suggestions on how to fuel your body to optimize your workout.
Will anyone see me exercising? ~Our sessions are completely private. Only you and your trainer will work together.
What does it cost? ~ Our sessions are competitively priced below what most personal training sessions cost in Mount Pleasant and the surrounding areas. With an average rate of a training session between $80-$100, our sessions are $65.
What if I have equipment at home? ~We train clients virtually, local and out of state. If you have any equipment at home, we can train you virtually, just as effectively.
