I love fitness, being active and proper balanced nutrition – you can too!  As a certified Personal Trainer, I have had the opportunity to train in different settings from places like O2 Fitness to The Zoo in West Ashley. I have trained clients of all ages (13-80) on a variety of fitness equipment and exercises.

The best part of working with a trainer is that I can help you to develop an exercise program specifically geared towards YOU, depending on your physical needs. If you want to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger & leaner, I can help motivate you to your goal! I also enjoy helping those who participate in team sports to get achieve their best, to workout to be the best possible you. I have a keen understanding of the multitude of fitness needs for different sports, as I worked team training for Women’s Basketball, Softball, Men’s Tennis, Women’s Golf, Cross Country and Sailing.

Making sure my clients always have an understanding of how to move their body and use equipment with proper form is at the utmost importance to me. I’ve been involved in fitness since I was seven years old, when I started play basketball. As a shooting guard for an NCAA Division II College, I understand body mechanics and movement control. Sports and fitness are very important to me and I thrive on sharing my passion with clients that want anything from losing weight or fine tuning a sport or skill! I am excited to help you become a better, stronger, healthier you!

Being able to work with a wide variety of clientele over the years has allowed me to understand all the obstacles one faces when meeting their health and fitness goals.  I have trained with clients of all ages, from 6 years old to 75, and take pride in being a part of their success and healthy futures.  Being fit can be a different type of struggle for each person, but by working together, we can find an individualized program for you. Since nutrition is 80% of weight loss, my clients are educated on proper food choices and portions. If you are new to exercise, do not worry, my goal is to get you comfortable and confident with your fitness program.  We are a team, and with the proper tools and dedication, we can achieve anything we put our minds to!  My main focus is to equip you with the right regimen to keep you feeling young, happy and healthy!
